Sending us a file? Follow these tips to ensure a successful delivery!

Preferred File Types and Programs:

• Adobe PDF - please ensure that all fonts are embedded into the file
• AI - up to and including CS2
• EPS
• JPG
• TIF
• Microsoft Publisher, Word and Excel
• InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop

Please keep in mind when supplying images it is highly recommended that a minimum of 300 dpi be used for quality assurance purposes. When you send a file to us, please supply the fonts. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact us at 613-257-8453 and we will be more than happy to walk you through it.
